General Anesthesiology
$600+ base salary
$100,000 Sign-On Payment
Each calendar year fifty (50) days off work for continuing medical education, holidays, vacation, personal days, and sick days (Days Off) scheduled at least thirty (30) days in advance of the applicable calendar year
Eligible for a performance bonus of up to $30,000.00, based on your individual achievement of the specified metrics
Eleven (11) shifts of on-call coverage per calendar quarter
Excess Call pay of $5,000/shift for the 12th -15th shifts per quarter and $5,500/shift for shifts in excess of 15 per quarter
$3,000.00 / year for dues, subscriptions to professional publications, license fees and professional books
$7,000.00 / year to attend continuing medical education, medical conferences, and other meetings
If you voluntarily work a shift on a Day Off you will be paid $2,897.50 for a ten-hour shift
Cardiac Anesthesiology
$650+ base salary
